What are my options for customized items?
Whether you already have a particular item in mind or would like guidance selecting the perfect piece, we’re here to help. We are prepared to recommend options that not only fit your budget but also engrave with stunning clarity and detail. From materials like leather, metal, glass, and wood, we will be able to source materials that are both meaningful and will engrave beautifully.
How long does it take to custom engrave each item?
The answer to this depends on the item or items chosen. Typically, it does not exceed 30-60 seconds per item.
What is the size of the engraving area?
Our engraving area is approximately 5.5″ x 5.5″ for flat laid items. We are equipped with a rotary that allows for 360° engravings for tumblers and drinking glasses (with maximum height being 5.5″).
What designs can my attendees choose from?
We will collaborate with you to curate a collection of graphics and custom text tailored to what you would like to share with your Guests.
For businesses, branding is our specialty. We will ensure your logo, messaging, and design elements are showcased in a way that aligns with your visual identity standards.
Where do you currently travel for your on-site engraving services?
We currently travel within 100 miles of the 30276 area code, which covers the majority of metro Atlanta. If your event location is outside of this radius, we are happy to discuss additional options with you.
What items do you need from the event space to execute this service?
At minimum, we will have a laser, a fume extractor, and a laptop. We will need to discuss space for:
- Guest Engagement
- Production
- Distribution.
The power requirements will be three standard plugs. We do own a generator for outside events if that is needed.
What is the minimum budget I need for this type of service?
We require a minimum of $200 for a 2-hour event for our services. This will cover two laser attendants for two hours. Each additional hour is $100. The cost of the customized items will be determined during our planning call together. It will be based on the number of items needed and the type of items that you choose. Example: We have quite a few options that are $5.00 each.
What if I want to provide my own item at my event?
We are happy to test your item to make sure that the final result meets both of our expectations. We will require at least 4 samples of the item approximately 3-weeks prior to your event. This will allow us time to test the engraving capabilities of your item, and discuss the results with you.
What if I am not hosting an event, but want something engraved?
The majority of our sourced items are purchased in bulk. We invite you to contact us to inquire about our unused inventory.
